Website updates and changes - 29.01.2012

Over the past moth we have been working behind the scenes, updating our website adding lots of new pages and more detailed content. The biggest amount of changes has been implemented onto our Corporate ID & Logos and Web Design and Development sections. Enjoy!

Magic Beans has moved premises - 7.06.2011

Magic Beans has relocated our studio to Chard in Somerset.

Magic Beans' helps the Pakistan Aid Appeal - 14.09.2010

As the unfortunate story of events of the Pakistan Foods unfold, and its much need cry for a worldly response to help supply some of their basic amenities in these trouble times. We here at Magic Beans have felt a duty to somehow get involved. We found a way to play our part to help in this much needed Aid Campaign. Jumping at the chance to offer our design services for any part of the ongoing campaign.

We have collaborated with one of our existing clients NLR, an Aid Foundation, who decided to launch an appeal to run a regular chartered cargo of locally donated supplies from Norway, flown direct to the needy in Pakistan. So far, we have been able to assist in some newspaper adverts, website promotions and other printed media.

Business Gazette Website Review - 11.04.2008

We are pleased to announce that in the March edition of Cumbria's Business Gazette, one of our websites was reviewed and scored a 4 out of 5 rating. The website reviewed was Twigg Shoe Services, a single page website which has had fantastic success since it was launched early this year. PayPal has arrived! - 12.10.2007

Magic Beans have now introduced a new PayPal system to our website, allowing all our clients to pay with ease over the internet. This must come as great news to all of our overseas clients, as their will be no more transaction charges!!!

Our photographs published in the Guardian Newspaper - 06.06.2007

We are proud to announce that some of our photographs were published in the Travel Section of The Guardian Newspaper this month.

The commission was for Full Circle - Luxury Lake District Yurts. We documented images of their site at Rydal.

Magic Beans Published on Design Meltdown - 20.04.2007

Great news for Magic Beans! This month we have had one of our designs published on the Design Meltdown website. From experience, we know that it is quite difficult to be published onto this site, so we are all very pleased.

Small Business Success - 17.04.2007

As well as our own successes, we also like to share in the successes of our clients. Two of our local clients commissioned Magic Beans to create them a fantastic new website. Both websites were published early this year and have had remarkable success.

Full Circle requested a website for their business, in offering luxury Yurt holidays within the Lake District. Within their first year of business they had an excellent response, with bookings continuing throughout the summer and advanced bookings in 2008. We made a great effort to push them into Google, giving them an instant response to their website. See their site at www.lake-district-yurts.co.uk.

4 Winds Lakeland Tipis requested us to revamp their current website as a lack of activity was damning their business. We responded quickly, and presented them with a fresh and interesting website which added depth and activity. They were instantly happy with the response to our work. Flashtastic - 10.04.2007

See what cool new things we are doing with Flash technology. In the past we have used Flash for basic animations and simple buttons on our web pages. More recently, we have been implementing a greater use of Flash capabilities.

Although we don’t create full Flash sites, because of its inability to integrate with Google Search Spiders, we have been able to introduce miniature Flash elements, harnessing both technologies to create awesome motion and effectiveness in the marketplace.
